We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design evolution of our global SaaS ecosystem from our Islamabad hub. This is a hybrid leadership role designed for a practitioner who still loves getting their hands dirty in Figma but is ready to elevate the craft of those around them.
You will be responsible for translating complex B2B workflows into seamless, high-conversion user experiences. As the design anchor for our localized pod, you will collaborate with global product owners while providing direct mentorship to our local design team, ensuring that PLC Group’s design standards remain world-class across every sprint.
