About the Role

Account Management

 

  1. Manage and grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  2. Manage customer satisfaction and coordinate between client departments and PLC Group teams.
  3. Advocate for company policies and procedures with the client.
  4. Ensure timely payment collections and conduct necessary follow-ups.
  5. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  6. Monitor client requirements closely and proactively mitigate potential issues.
  7. Support project and operations teams as needed.
  8. Handle general account management activities.
  9. Conduct client visits to manage relationships at all levels within the account.

Business Development and Sales activities  

  1. Identify new market opportunities.
  2. Execute strategies to penetrate new accounts.
  3. Provide market intelligence and maintain an understanding of the competitor landscape.
  4. Support the sales team in closing new deals.

Preferred

  • Telecom background or from Telecom related activity vendor
  • Account management, business development, and sales experience. In conclusion, client-facing role experience is a must 
  • Should be based near Makati / BGC – If the candidate is based very far from Metro Manila, then commuting is a problem, given Manila traffic jams 
  • We can offer a hybrid working model; however, we expect to be in the office based on the request coming from Ops, Project, or management 
  • Willing to travel within the country and overseas as and when needed
  • We may expand our offerings to Telecom services and Data centers so people should be keen to learn new offerings.
