Aamer Sajjad brings over 30 years of experience in program management, consulting, and technology leadership across telecommunications, energy management, information technology, and integrated software and hardware solutions.

As Program Director – International at PLC Group Inc., Aamer leads large-scale global programs with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. His role involves steering multi-country projects, optimizing delivery frameworks, and aligning technology initiatives with corporate strategy to ensure impactful business outcomes.

Aamer’s leadership is defined by his ability to build high-performing teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage complex delivery operations in dynamic environments. His diverse experience includes solution development, process optimization, business transformation, and stakeholder engagement across multicultural markets.

Holding a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications Technology Management from Carleton University, Ottawa, and being a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Aamer combines technical depth with strategic vision. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the PMI Khaleeji Chapter, and the Carleton University Alumni Association.
