Naeem Bhatti

Naeem Bhatti brings over 25 years of global business development and customer success experience to PLC Group Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Finance. Naeem began his career in 1993 as a registered stockbroker, specializing in trading technology companies across the Florida, New York, and Michigan markets.

After returning to Toronto, Naeem transitioned into the IT and Telecom sectors, where he provided consulting services focused on technology talent and solutions. Under his leadership, operations expanded across North America, the Middle East, and South Asia, managing a workforce of over 800 contractors and full-time employees.

At PLC Group, Naeem oversees the Customer Success Department, ensuring excellence in client management and strategic partnerships. His extensive experience in international business and customer relations enables him to deliver a customer-first experience, fostering long-term trust and value for global partners.

Beyond his professional achievements, Naeem is passionate about entrepreneurship and enjoys collaborating with startups and innovators. He is married with three children and, in his personal time, enjoys sports, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with his family in Ontario.
